Morning Tonic
It is said that vitamin C is especially helpful for the strength of the membranes; receiving lemon juice each morning as a part of my pre-gym routine, I have never experienced PROM (premature rupture of membranes). My water has never broken until the pushing phase (this reduces chances of infection) and in fact, twice, when I was past transition and ready to push, I ruptured them myself using my fingernail, and it was quite difficult to break!
1/2 lemon's juice
2 teaspoons raw apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon raw honey
1/2 teaspoon golden paste (turmeric, coconut oil, water and black pepper)
hefty pinch ground cayenne
a couple shakes ceylon cinnamon
1/2 lemon's juice
2 teaspoons raw apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon raw honey
1/2 teaspoon golden paste (turmeric, coconut oil, water and black pepper)
hefty pinch ground cayenne
a couple shakes ceylon cinnamon
a bit of fresh grated ginger
pinch celtic salt
I prep all this the evening before, then in the morning add water to the 4 oz line, and boil a little water in a saucepan to fill it the rest of the way and warm it up. Stir to dissolve honey, guzzle warm :)

Each ingredient is powerful for digestion and balancing blood sugar, so this practice can be very helpful to avoid morning sickness also!
