Nourish With Integrity

The effect of integral faith in YHVH is an exclusive trust in what He has said and established for our benefit. The growth of life is dependent on the Word, so every pregnant woman may be fully nourished through discerning and receiving what is of His nature, rendering glorious (substantial) His Name--truly Good.

More than supplements, tinctures or tonics, we need to trust the Word of YHVH for what is truly good.

Your number one tonic is spending attention on The Word of YHVH--tending toward His truth. It is building this muscle that will affect every other aspect and strength of the body.

If we are bound to a ideology of nutrition so highly influenced by those who disintegrate the human body from the Maker, we fall victim to an incomplete (veiled) perception. Consider the truth that anything separated from itself (and it's Source) is dead, and that when consuming partial (disintegrated) products, we are not receiving the complete benefits of the blessing written into the entire food by the Author if it.

Good Things heal. Good Things grow. Good Things are complete. Good Things offer fullness.

The capacity of a seed to offer life is dependent on it's completeness.

Growing a human being in completeness is the work of YHVH alone. The benefits of being under His sole care and authority are both discernment and protection. Women with child need this trust and fullness most of all.

'He feeds His flock like a shepherd, He gathers the lambs with His arm, and carries them in His bosom, gently leading those who are with young.' Isaiah 40:11

To receive what He has offered since the beginning of time as "good" is as easy as identifying the difference between complete and incomplete, as well as clean and unclean. YHVH has always known best, and He never said raw milk and eggs were unclean...let us consider in whom we have placed our confidence as we make our choices regarding consumption, how it will affect our baby, and the outcome of our birth. Are we consumers or receivers?

I have also written a book about my own journey out of an idolatrous relationship to food and fitness, which may fortify your faith as well:
