Postworkout Protein
3 raw eggs (preferably pastured, fresh)
3/4 medjool date
Pinch salt
Splash vanilla
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
2 scoops Great Lakes collagen
Raw milk to the 2 cup line
Blend first six ingredients well, then add milk, and blend on LOW briefly to stir in milk without causing too much foam (which causes it not to fit into a pint jar, at least for a while!). I usually double this, since I get the joy of working out together with Drew!
Prep afternoon, refrigerate overnight, receive early morning after breaking some muscles!
