Vanilla Protein Shake

 For mamas who struggle to receive food at all due to nausea and aversions, I put together this yummy alternative, full of integral food and nourishing substance.

1.5 cups fresh raw milk 
3 fresh raw eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla*
1.5 teaspoon raw honey
for a few bonus grams of protein, you might add a couple scoops of Great Lakes grassfed collagen!

If you like your beverages ice-cold (or even a little frozen) like me, you might crack the eggs into a jar, add the milk and put in the freezer for a few hours before you want to prepare the shake! Especially important if you're using farm fresh eggs that might have just been under a hen...I did not prefer this warm! ;)

 Put all ingredients together into a blender, blend well and serve immediately!

* you could also change the flavor and add golden paste, cocoa powder, or Mt Hagen organic instant coffee!
