True Freedom

While everyone is talking about freedom--medical freedom, food freedom, and good ol' red white and blue "freedom", I want to say very clearly that there's no actual freedom without the blood of Messiah, just like there's no actual health or healing apart from the Holy Spirit.

The colors of the veil in the tabernacle were red, purple and blue. Blue is significant of the heavens, the sapphire throne above the firmament. Red (dam) is both blood and part of the word for human (adam) and earth (adamah). The color when heaven (blue) meets earth (red) is purple. As Yeshua's body was broken and his blood spilled out, the veil was torn. The wall of separation between man and Yah was rent. His body broke and with it, separation from Yah's holiness, power and inheritance of blessing. Therefore, the color I associate with my own freedom is purple. Why purple? Well, you know that robe worn by our Messiah, mocking him as "royalty"? They may not have meant it this way, but that displayed His identity as the One who connected humanity (red) back to Our Father, In Heaven (blue). Yeshua is my sovereign. And I "swear allegiance" to Him alone.

Under the Authority of Yeshua, I'm able to opt out of the systems of Babylon...all of them. I'm a part of a kingdom not of this earth, and no longer pay regard to the earthly and demonic, only submitting to One Authority and trust His Word alone. His Kingdom has come. It is a kingdom that is inhabited by those who are seeing beyond the physical. There is no fear but only power and confidence because of Whose Name we live under and receive all that we need.

Celebrating the separation of one earthly authority to another seems a really small reason for celebration, what with the sacrifice of the Son's life taking us entirely out of the kingdom of darkness into His kingdom of light. What is the victory that overcomes the whole world? Even our faith. Not our cultural identity, citizenship or nationality. So regardless of the laws and efforts to preserve freedom within any nation, it is only by the blood of Yeshua that we are actually free.

Free to choose His desire over our own. Free to be unhindered the quarrels, fears and conspiracies of man. Free to opt out of Babylonian systems that merely operate based on visible elements.
Since you died with Christ to the elemental spiritual forces of this world, why, as though you still belonged to the world, do you submit to its rules? Colossians 2:21
What is more human than to operate by fear of the visible, to desire. self-preservation or pleasure to the destruction of our beings? Daniel was in captivity. Literal Babylon. The shadow of our present atmosphere. But Daniel had a paradigm of authority outside of what the physical realm showed, and in that confidence he also received his protection and deliverance. How? Submitting his whole being--even appetite--to the One True Elohim.
So I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh. For the flesh desires what is contrary to the Spirit, and the Spirit what is contrary to the flesh. They are in conflict with each other, so that you are not to do whatever you want. Galatians 5:16-18

Bread and leaven is a Word of the Lord. It's taught me so many lessons, written in by the Authority of Life. I've heard many things just by rendering attention and receiving pleasure by His instruction here.

Why do we treat our bodies like machines, to be mechanically operated on, to be expected to work according to earthly timetables and rules?

Bread is a miracle of life, so let's think about how it works in authenticity. I've learned that attention and willingness to wait and observe is key to letting it develop as it should. Ambient temperature and humidity, amounts of sugar, salt and water ALL affect the time it takes for a leaven to properly develop a dough. You can't say "let it rise for 12 hours" and expect that it's going to turn out well for everyone! A living organism is much more dynamic than this and does not respond to forceful measures, manipulation for hurrying, etc. In the same way, to give a woman a "due date" and then tell her that beyond this arbitrary day she is "risked out" of a particular type of birth, we must realize that we are submitted to an earthly system. Only commercial bread operates in such a formulaic way...and it is toxic.

To say we believe The Word and then trust mostly in man for such things is revealing! True freedom is having a faith that is capable of opting out of these systems because we know a Higher Authority and His power. When a woman says she "had to" have a particularly manipulated birth process, this is telling of who she trusted.

“Shall I bring to the point of birth and not give delivery?” says the Lord. “Or shall I who gives delivery shut the womb?” says your God.”
‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭66‬:‭9‬
With my first four babies, I hit the tenth new moon and had a babe. Therefore, it was rather what I expected with number five. The Word had some "wait training" for me!  He came at the tenth FULL moon which is two weeks beyond what they’d call “full term”. He wasn’t huge, YHVH just doesn’t do the same thing every time!
“It is good – both to wait and to be silent, For the deliverance of יהוה.”
‭‭Ěḵah (Lamentations)‬ ‭3‬:‭26‬ ‭TS2009‬‬

Faith expresses itself in actions. What actions prove that we are under a non-earthly authority and have confidence in His power, love and absolute deliverance?

While conservatives and liberals argue out details about "rights", I'm going to say that True Freedom is a matter of where you personally  place your confidence for life and death.

For the LORD spoke thus to me with his strong hand upon me, and warned me not to walk in the way of this people, saying: “Do not call conspiracy all that this people calls conspiracy, and do not fear what they fear, nor be in dread. But the LORD of hosts, him you shall honor as holy. Let him be your fear, and let him be your dread. Isaiah 8:11-13 ESV
Do not be afraid of those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather, be afraid of the One who can destroy both soul and body in hell. Matthew 10:28
